Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Love this bag, especially in Imperial

I fell in love with the Rowan from the minute I saw it online and in videos. I finally got one in pebbled black and she is just as beautiful as I imagined if not more! I already switched bags to begin using her! If you don’t have one, you need at least one! She has so much room, and I got the medium size

It is more than great. This bag excited me as soon as I got it out of the box. At first sight. The size is nice because it holds a lot of things, but it is not bulky or too big against your body. If you have a cardigan that you want to put inside, you can. This bag has a nice depth, but with an easy reach. Mine is in Nutmeg. So soft and pliable. Nice scent. The handle is soft on my shoulder. And the flap magnets are just right.
