Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Ok so I have 3 larges now, they are so cute and the perfect weekend carry for me. I have larkspur (very unique leather and I love purple), chocolate brown (surprisingly soft and pliable for a smooth leather) and now Sienna (just had to have one pebbled because that’s my jam). It’s slouchy yes but still super classy in a comfy way. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely in love with this bag. It has a real vintage feel for me, the style and colour also. The quality is amazing, as good as any premium bag I have bought. This bag is surprisingly roomy (use a small bifold wallet) and sits perfectly at hip height.

I Love the leather, and the Almost Perfect imperfections, i.e. small scratches, seem unobtrusively slight, like a natural facet of the material.

I love this style best in the firm leathers. I have Larkspur and Evergreen and chili red and will be adding more colors for sure. This purse looks little but it carries much more than you would think. I am crazy for the magnetic flap closure. It can be dressy or casual. I only have the large size. So so so so so adorable! Get at least one!!
