Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Great little bag for days you don’t want to carry everything! Crossbody straps so hands free. The only thing I’d change would be a larger pocket on the inside that held my phone. I bought the Almost Perfect but honestly it looks perfect to me!

This is a great grab and go bag when you need something small to hold your essentials. Like its name, it’s perfect for festivals or concerts where they limit you to a small bag but can still fit your essentials.
This bag holds surprisingly more than you would ever think!
I’ve admired the slim style of the festival bag for some time, plus the unique PLG label. When the outlet store received a shipment of these, I couldn’t resist. Chili red is one of my all-time favorite colors, as it’s versatile for multiple seasons.
