Shipping + Warranty
Your shipping method can be selected at checkout. Costs will be calculated prior to payment and will vary by order depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to: item count, package weight, delivery ZIP code, and selected shipping method.
Shoes may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in new condition. Shoe returns must be started online through our returns portal. We are unable to accept shoe returns in-store.
Fit, comfort, or preference-related concerns are eligible for return only within the 30-day return window. After that window, shoes are only eligible for warranty review if there is a defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of delivery.
