We want you to love what you ordered. If it is not quite right, unused items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping charges may apply. Final Sale items, Mystery Boxes, E-Gift Cards, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
To help protect your return, please package your item as closely as possible to how it was originally packed so it travels safely back to us. Items returned damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or return denial.

Start your Return or Exchange: START MY RETURN You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in new condition. To help protect your return, please package your item as closely as possible to how it was originally packed so it travels safely back to us. Items returned damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or return denial. Mystery Boxes, E-Gift Cards, international orders (except Canada), and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you did not add Package Protection, contact our Customer Experience team for help with an order that arrived damaged, was lost in transit, or is missing an item.

- Original Payment Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method after your return is received and processed.
- Merchandise Credit: Receive a digital gift card once your return is scanned by the carrier. Merchandise credit is valid for one year.
